The management of Hotel Festival would greatly appreciate your cooperation in observing these regulations, which are intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all our Guests.
These regulations define the scope of services provided, responsibilities, and rules applicable during your stay at the hotel. They constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded by signing the registration card, making a reservation, and/or paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay. By completing any of these actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
The regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of Hotel Festival.
The hotel reception staff are responsible for providing assistance, advice, and all information related to your stay.
Hotel rooms are rented on a daily basis. If the Guest has not specified the duration of the stay when booking, it is assumed that the room is rented for one night.
Requests to extend the stay beyond the period specified on the day of arrival should be reported to the reception desk by 9:00 AM on the day the rental period expires. Such requests will be fulfilled subject to availability.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM on the following day.
Guests may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the rental period has not expired.
The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the event of any concerns or complaints, Guests are kindly requested to report them to the reception as soon as possible to allow immediate action by the staff.
The swimming pool and Wellness & SPA area located on the hotel premises are an additional, separate part of the hotel’s offer and are available to Guests free of charge.
We make every effort to ensure that the infrastructure remains available and fully operational. However, due to technical reasons, temporary malfunctions, maintenance work, or necessary repairs may occasionally occur. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that due to the complimentary nature of access to the Wellness & SPA area, the hotel does not provide compensation or price reductions in such cases.
The hotel is obliged to provide:
Conditions ensuring full rest and relaxation for Guests
A safe stay, including the protection of Guest privacy and confidentiality
Professional and courteous service within the scope of provided services
Cleaning of the room and necessary repairs during the Guest’s absence, or during their presence upon request. If a defect cannot be repaired immediately, the hotel will make every effort to compensate for the inconvenience.
At the Guest’s request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge:
Information related to the stay and travel
Wake-up calls at a specified time
Safekeeping of valuables during the Guest’s stay
Storage of luggage for registered Guests
The hotel is liable for the loss or damage of items brought onto the premises by persons using its services, within the scope specified in Articles 846–849 of the Polish Civil Code, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Guests should immediately notify the hotel reception upon discovering any damage or loss.
Liability for the loss or damage of valuables, money, securities, or items of scientific or artistic value is limited unless such items have been deposited at the reception desk.
Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM.
The behavior of Guests and visitors using the hotel services must not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The hotel reserves the right to refuse further services to any person violating this rule.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Any person triggering the smoke detectors will be charged for the cost of calling the Fire Department and other operational costs (penalty fee: 3,000 PLN).
Guests are financially liable for any damage or destruction of hotel equipment and technical devices caused by themselves or their visitors.
The hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of a Guest’s car or other vehicle.
Personal belongings left behind by departing Guests in hotel rooms will be sent to the address provided by the Guest. If no instructions are received, the hotel will store these items for 3 months.
Pets are welcome. An additional fee of 50 PLN per night applies.
